Before You Book
- 'Island Queen' is an ADULT accommodation only, suited to couples 35 years and older.
- SATURDAY check-ins/outs only in high season.
- Maximum occupancy permitted is 4 persons.
- Check our Calendar for available weeks.
- Ask owner to email the House Rules for your review.
- No pets permitted.
- No smoking is permitted in the vicinity of the Foundry neighborhood, subject to fines.
- This property is cleaned every Saturday.
- The garden clean-up is at the owner's own expense and is done on a weekly basis.
- Reservation Deposit – The Reservation Deposit ($1000) is due at time of booking. On the date set for your occupancy of 'Island Queen', this Deposit automatically converts to a Security Deposit and is fully refundable; provided no damage to our property or its contents.
- Payments - We accept all payments through Visa Bank Card, Visa Credit Card, Discovery Visa Card, Master Card and Capitol One Master Card.
- Cancellations – must be made a minimum of 61 (Sixty-one) days prior to the date set for occupancy; the Reservation Deposit of $1000 will be refunded LESS an administration fee of $300; there will be a refund to your credit card of $700 on 61 days notice to the owner. We advise that guests obtain personal travel insurance to cover the cost of their airfare and most importantly, their accommodation cost.
